Family Fights Casper's Parole (R News)

A Wayne County man sentenced to 25 years to life in prison could be out on parole after serving only seven and a half years behind bars. Walter Casper was found guilty of second degree murder in 2000 for sending his wife, Catherine Bly-Casper, and the family mini-van over a Naples cliff.
